Snettisham Beach Sailing Club British Sailing Pathway Club

Snettisham Beach Sailing Club has been lauded as a part of the first wave of UK Clubs appointed as British Sailing Pathway clubs.

SBSC have been involved with the RYA`s consultation process for the past 2 years, fighting our corner as club a smaller club with its own challenges when looking to deliver, particularly winter sailing activity. The RYA listened and took care to ensure our club could join this new way of Sail Race Coaching and development.

Back in March 2025, we were appointed by the RYA as one of the first Pathway Clubs in the UK

The Pathway Club Scheme is a new program, designed to identify and develop clubs around the UK to provide affordable, excellent sailing and coaching for junior racers.
