Powerboat Refresher (for SBSC full members only)

This Powerboat Refresher session is offered to SBSC (full) members who have held a Powerboat Level 2 certificate for more than three years, and would like to help with safety boat duties at the club.

The Session Covers:

·       Good practice on driving/ crewing

·       Laying marks for a race course

·       Positioning of the safety boat in relation to a racecourse

·       Some bits of the RYA Safety Boat course (link HERE)

·       Launch and Recovery

·       Tractor driving
