Here is the 2022 Portsmouth Yardstick List
Remember the method......
1. Divide the Elapsed Time of each competitor in turn by the number of laps they have completed.
2. Multiply each elapsed time by 1000 (one thousand).
3. Divide each of these figures by the handicap to get the corrected time.
4. Consider your result and hydrate at the bar accordingly.
