Duty Rotas and DutyMan

From the 2012 season onwards, Snettisham Beach Sailing Club is using a web based system called DutyMan for the publication and management of racing and other duties. DutyMan is an online system which allows members to check for duties which have been allocated to them, and organise duty swaps if necessary.

All active members at BSC can expect to be rostered for duties and DutyMan will send out two emails in advance of given duties (the traditional posted cards will only go to those without email). It is therefore important that your email is up-to-date with the Club.

Swapping duties online

If you need to swap duties then the preferred method is to use DutyMan. DutyMan is the reference for all duties that have been assigned and should be used to make any changes. To access DutyMan click "DutyMan" in the menu on the right hand side of the Club website.

No online access?

If you do not have access to the internet, or an email address (you probably won't be reading this!) but swapping duties can still be achieved manually by contacting Fiona Burgess on 01485 ------ or -----. It is your responsibility to arrange any swap then advise Gen what has been agreed and the roster will be updated accordingly
