Personal Buoyancy
The wearing of personal buoyancy is compulsory when taking part in club activities. Failure to do so in races will result in disqualification.

Rescue Facilities
Rescue facilities are for the safety and convenience of club members but no liability for damage to boats can be accepted by the club or the owner or skipper of the safety boat and that any member accepting assistance does so entirely at their own risk. The committee strongly recommends that all sailors carry flares and are fully conversant with the Club Safety Policy document.

Race Notes
1) No boat shall race without having adequate third party insurance cover.
2) No boat will be regarded for points or trophies if they do not comply with the Club Rules and Sailing Instructions.
3) The intended number of races for each sailing day is shown on the programme but the decision to sail will be made by the officer of the day.
4) Each boat is solely responsible for deciding whether or not to start or to continue racing.
